Refund/ Return Policy
We have a 7-days refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund. However, to be eligible for a refund, the buyer should send the product to our warehouse address. We do not provide return labels or shipping costs. The buyer must pay for the return shipping to be sent. Items returned to us without prior return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, Buy 2 get 1 free item or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
