Refund/ Return Policy


We have a 7-days refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Contact
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@chettry.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund. However, to be eligible for a refund, the buyer should send the product to our warehouse address. We do not provide return labels or shipping costs. The buyer must pay for the return shipping to be sent. Items returned to us without prior return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, Buy 2 get 1 free item or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Delay in shipping Time
If the shipping time is delayed by the courier company, we will not issue a refund in this case. Please contact the courier company if your item is lost or the tracking number gets stuck. We are not liable for any delays in transit.

 

Returns

Return Due To Change Of Mind
Chettry Shopping will not accept returns due to a change of mind.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
